House Rules

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and we will usually meet you on arrival to welcome you in. If we cannot be there, or you are arriving out of hours, a lockbox is available for self check-in. Check-out is by 11:00.

Check-out after 11:00 incurs a charge of £35 per hour, or part thereof, unless agreed in advance — our cleaning team is booked to arrive by 11:00.

Pets are welcome for a fee of £40 for the first dog, with additional dogs at £10 each. Please enquire for multiple-dog bookings. Kindly keep dogs off beds and furniture.

The cottages are non-smoking homes. Guests may, of course, smoke outside.

No parties. We are a quiet country estate and ask that every stay remains peaceful for other guests and our neighbours.

Commercial filming must be approved by the owner in advance and may attract additional charges.

For your peace of mind, a carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm are installed. Please note pets live on the property, and the cottage involves stairs.

Cancel within the free-cancellation window shown against your dates for a full refund. After that, a partial refund may apply depending on how close to arrival you cancel. The exact terms and refund amounts are confirmed at the time of booking.

Gather up used towels, throw rubbish away, return the keys and lock up.

Please strip the beds and leave the used linens in one of the bathrooms. Thank you — it is a great help to our cleaning team.
