The Coach House is a newly converted, self-contained apartment finished in a modern loft style, set within the courtyard of the Alderbury Hill estate — a family home set in fourteen acres of grounds, paddocks and open Wiltshire countryside.
The apartment sleeps four: a double bedroom on the ground floor and a further double on the galleried mezzanine level beneath a striking vaulted ceiling. The mezzanine is accessed by an internal staircase. The bathroom is well-appointed with a full bath and hand shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The apartment has fibre-optic Wi-Fi, streamed HDTV and a Sonos speaker for music. It has a private entrance reached by an external staircase, with parking on site. Guests have exclusive use of a courtyard patio with dining table, chairs and a BBQ, looking out over the pony paddocks and open countryside.
The Larder — before you arrive, stock your kitchen with our curated selection of locally sourced breakfast boxes, BBQ bundles, New Forest cheeses and fresh produce, delivered to your cottage. Please order at least five days before your stay.
Browse The LarderGuest access — guests have exclusive use of the patio and BBQ, and are welcome to enjoy the estate’s gardens, walking field and paddocks. We ask that you keep to the guest areas and are mindful of the garden directly around the main house and the private spaces of neighbouring cottages.
We are usually on hand to welcome you on arrival and show you around. If we cannot meet you, we will let you know in advance and arrange for your keys to be left safely. Check-in is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
