The Summer House is a recently converted, self-contained guest house finished in a bright Cape Cod style. A fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully fitted wet room sit beneath a vaulted ceiling, with a double bed on the galleried mezzanine reached by ladder stairs, and two comfortable sofa beds in the living space sleeping a further two, accommodating up to four. It is modern and airy, yet cosy: fully heated, with Wi-Fi, streamed TV and Sonos ceiling speakers for music.
The kitchen is generously appointed with two ovens, an induction hob, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridges, cafetière and a dining table. The wet room has a shower and hand shower. Set at the top of the fourteen-acre grounds, overlooking the main house, it has a private entrance by garden path, on-site parking and self check-in.
Outside, a personal patio with dining table, chairs, a BBQ and firepit looks out over the whole estate to open countryside.
